Because of the quality of our Cabin Saunas and our far infrared heaters we offer a life-time warranty on our heaters and a five year warranty on our cabins and control panel. Our saunas are constructed so that it is very easy for our customers to replace our heaters if ever needed. You do not have to ship the entire sauna back to our warehouse at your expense. We simply send you the part needed and you replace it. It really is that easy!!
This warranty is offered by Cabin Saunas, LLC, for our Far Infrared Cabin Saunas. It includes a lifetime heater warranty, 5 year control panel and cabinet warranty, and one year radio warranty. All warranties may be applicable to the terms and conditions of this policy. Our saunas are constructed so that it is very easy to replace a warrantied part if necessary. The entire sauna does not have to be shipped back to our warehouse, at your expense. We simply send you the part needed and you replace it. It really is that easy!! Since the wood used in our infrared saunas has been kiln-dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood within a sauna environment. This may result in minor cracks, which is considered normal and not covered under warranty. All of our electrical connections in the controller are color coded. All you have to do is unplug the old one and plug in the new one. Once again you do not need to send the entire unit back to the warehouse. All warranties will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The warranty & return policy is non-transferable and will become void if any of the following occur: (1.) alterations, (2.) abuse, (3.) neglect, (4.) household disasters, (5.) acts of nature, (6.) exposure to outdoors (except for outdoor models).
IMPORTANT: The Warranty Form must be submitted within 30 days from date of delivery to validate the terms of this policy. Failure to do so will void your warranty and return policy.
Return Policy
Buyer has 30 days from date of delivery to submit a written request to return Goods. Upon receipt of written return notice, Buyer may cancel and return Goods to Seller, subject to terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller: (a) is in receipt of the Goods, (b) has in-spected the Goods, and (c) in the Seller’s discretion, has found the Goods to be free from damage. All returned Goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Seller’s discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
After receipt of Warranty Form from Buyer to Seller, all requests for returned Goods shall be subject to:
- Handling and restocking fee in the amount of $395.00 USD per sauna.
- Storage fees and costs associated with routing the Goods as determined by Seller (this may include but is not limited to: local sales tax, credit card fees, and any additional fees deemed necessary by Seller)
- All shipping costs to and from Seller.
- Seller providing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.
Liabilities
Cabin Saunas. LLC and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the sauna by the customer. Cabin Saunas shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by customer misuse of product.
Cabin Saunas LLC, and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates do not provide medical guidance or diagnosis. It is always recommended that you contact your physician for advice. Cabin Saunas, LLC is not responsible for any electrical work that is already in place or needed to accommodate any sauna model. Electrical connection to the customers system is the responsibility of the Buyer not the Seller and there are no warranties expressed or implied regarding the sauna other then those listed in the invoice or this warranty.
